瞓捩頸，頸背拉扯得厲害，點頭﹑轉身都痛痛痛
今早還是在拉扯，到網上找一些舒緩的運動，看到一個簡單的運動，做第二下的時候，聽到"click"一聲，肌肉立刻放鬆了，有種非常釋放的感覺，舒服晒，好呀！
